Capital Bankcard South was started on three simple principles. Be smart, stay local, and provide our products and services at an affordable price. These methods have allowed us to become the top payment processor in the Charlotte metropolitan area, and why we are growing across the country! Not only are we very good at what we do, but we have a ton of fun doing it.
Smart: We provide our customers with the most up to date technology on the market. Mobile Payments? We were the first. Apple Pay ? First there too. We can handle any payment in any situation, ensuring that you never miss a sale.
Local: By far our most favorite principle. We believe that local service is the backbone of our business. We have grown to be the leader in the industry because of the relationships that we create and maintain. Those relationships are possible with face to face interaction and understanding your business. We love seeing our customers succeed and our business has grown because of it.
Affordable: Good things cost money. Everyone knows that. We do not claim to be the cheapest, but sometimes it works out that way. We price according to industry standards, and we are as competitive as they come when we are discussing price. You work hard for your money, and we want you to keep as much of it as possible.
It’s not a secret that you have lots of options to choose from when searching for a merchant service provider. So why choose us? We’re glad you asked!
-Our rates are great, but our service is better. We love what we do, and it shows. Local service and relationships are the cornerstone of our company and we have a higher satisfaction and retention rate than any of our competitors. We are in business to help you grow, not the other way around, and our customers appreciate that level of honesty and transparency.
-Our technology is second to none. We were first to bring you mobile payments and Apple Pay, and we are recognized every year for our innovation and progressive thinking. We can process any payment in any situation and do it seamlessly, allowing you to focus on your business and not when your money is coming. We can keep pace with you, no matter what speed your business runs at.
-Transparency and trust are important in any relationship, but extra special when it comes to your money. We are upfront, and transparent when it comes to discussing our rates and fees. We provide a thorough analysis of your current situation before you partner with us, and we can usually provide a multitude of options to help your business grow and improve. We will also meet with you any time after you are a client to discuss your rates and fees. It is very important to us that you understand exactly what is going on with your account. This way it is crystal clear what you are paying, and more importantly who you are paying it to.
